You update it and we will sell it...

BespokeBookings.com is an hotel room database through which hoteliers can sell their rooms directly to customers at short notice or long notice.

You will have access to your own details 24 hours a day, you can adjust your rates according to your current availability.

BespokeBookings.com is not here to compete with your existing marketing channels, but rather become an additional distribution channel over which you have complete control. It will allow you to generate extra revenue from rooms that would otherwise be unoccupied.

There is no joining fee!

BespokeBookings.com operates on a commission only basis, ensuring that you only pay for business received. The base commission rate is an amazing 8% on the total room rate plus VAT.

We pride ourselves on operating a flexible system that gives the hotelier complete control over their rates and availability.

Properties can choose to sell their available inventory at a rate to match availability via freesale or flexible allocation or a combination of the two.

Daily Room Allocation
You are able to allocate a number of rooms available to sell via BespokeBookings.com for any given date. This is completely flexible therefore you can amend the allocation at any time. If the allocation reaches zero the rooms will not show online, so it is important to allocate the correct number of rooms.

Note:
Only hotels that are subscribed to the BespokeBookings.com site will be available for customers to book online.

All reservations are sent through to the hotel by both e-mail and fax.

A summary of both invoiced and non-invoiced reservations is available at any time on request.

Commission invoices are raised and dispatched monthly with payment terms of 30 days.
